thanks ! .....
recommend me a book
It *should* take you a long time to go through a book. You want to play through every example yourself, either on a computer board or a real one, and follow along.
I'd recommend not buying another book until you've worked your way through all the ones you have in that manner. Buying book after book is a tempting path, but down that road lies (chess) madness.
I'd recommend the Artur Yusupov training course. All in one study books i.e tactics, strategy, endgame. Won the FIDE 2009 award for best training books as well, I think they were published in German first and over the last year have started being published into English.

I have a library of over 50 chess books. I am pretty sure I am not crazy.... Yet!
To answer the original question I would recommend to go over supplementary tactical puzzles every day. There are many pattern books, take a look at some at your local chess book store and by the one that you like.
my age is 14.I am somewhat new to chess. i have been playing for 6-8 months. i have been playing continuously and i have read a very basic book( which i find very very easy ) namely "Chess for Dummies". it didn't improved my game much but introduced me to the chess world. After reading that book ( about 5 months before ), i have been playing chess continuously on www.chess.com and www.chesscube.com. i play many games a day. i usually play blitz 5 minutes games. i can see improvement in my chess. i dont know my exact rating but it would be about 1500 or something.
Now ... i have started reading a book namely "How to reassess your chess" expanded 3rd edition( i never buy a book .. i read online from ebook). Now i have completed 5 % of that book and i think that this book is really improving me. But i think that this book is little hard for me( in the sense that it is taking me a lot of time to read every single page ). now can you answer the following questions please so that i can improve myself:-
1. What books should i study now ? should i study those books ( which you will recommend ) after or before that " how to reassess your chess" book?
2. How can i test my improvement? How should i be able to know whether i am improving or not .. please suggest me a good method so that i can track my progress.
3. As a white player i need an opening book that is specifically meant for e4 players . So .... could you suggest me one?
4.Should i keep playing Blitz games or should i play slow games? ( i like playing blitz games but i would like to hear your opinion. ).

Please try to answer as many questions as possible. Your answers can prove treasure for me.
