What do you mean by best? Some have features that I never use. I don't like the look of others. You may like them.

I use the free Stockfish app on my phone when reading chess books. It doesn’t crash very often — a major plus when compared with other chess apps on mobile. And the app has a user-friendly function for setting up customized positions, which I find really useful.
