Stockfish Download For Windows

Hello everyone, I was wondering how do you download Stockfish from Windows. Currently, I have Windows 8 but when I download, I have to go through all these really confusing files and documents. Can someone please help me out. I would really appreciate it, Thanks.

Most people who download Stockfish (or any other engine, for that matter) don't cheat. They use the engines in their GUIs for analysis and playing games.
