Did you try to contact them by this site https://www.szachowo.pl/? Apart from the standard order, I contacted them by phone once and it was ok.
Has anyone shopped at Sunrise Chess & Games / polishchess.com recently? I wrote them about a board I am interested in but have not heard anything back.
