TheMechanicalTurk Bot at chess.com: How strong is The Mechanical Turk?

Brand new bot. I did a review on it, and Chess.com lamely lists his ELO as 1. The review gave him 6 book moves, 96,8% accuracy and 1 game ELO estimate of 1100. I think it's way stronger than 1100. Maybe it's 1770, since he was built in that year?What do you think about him?
