Easy. If I were stuck somewhere for a very long time, I would bring:

Volumes 1 through 5 of “My Great Predecessors”, by Kasparov. Not only do you get compilations of some of the greatest games played by many great world champions, but you also get an incredible depth of analysis (Mostly done by computer) of the most important lines and variations that could have occurred in those games. Those books could keep you busy for years.

The remaining 5 books would be: 

Mark Dvoretsky’s end game manual, and finally the 4 volumes of Jacob Aagard’s “Grandmaster Preparation” series. Yep. I’m THAT fun at parties.
