Using Chessup2 with Chess.com

Anyone know how to resolve this issue? I can't connect my chess up with chess com. The window (in chess com) keeps popping over and over and it's not pairing... Thanks in advance!

Try force closing the app and restarting.

doesnt work still same problem tried uninstalling even made diff accounts same thing
Same problem here. Unless they deliver a solution ill return the product. Integration with Chess.com is horrible. I can only play a 500 ELO bot. Online playing is only working to some extent (time is not syncing properly) if i start the game via chessup app. Autonomous play via the board leaves me waiting forever…potentially a great product. But far from ready….

A friend said Chessup is using the Range Rover business model. In the past Range Rover had outstanding customer service to offset the fact that the vehicle had serious problems and issues.

I have the same login issue. I hope they fix it asap... Disappointing so far.
Can you play traditional chess on Chessup2 with an opponent connected to Chess. Com or just Blitz and Rapid?

They have fixed the connection issue with the site. @jimoboru they have mentioned more time controls will be rolled out.
While Chessup is working to fix these issues with Chess.com, a workaround might be to sign into Chess.com using the Chessup App, and then once you are signed in on your board, turn off the mobile phone app. It appears that the app might be sending bluetooth signals that interfere with Chessup2's connection to Chess.com during games. Posting again my issue here. I think, a lot of people will encounter this also:
In a game suddenly the last move of the online from chess.com opponent was not displayed on the board chessup2. I supposed it is after a wifi connection break. Displayed showed, that conncetion has been restored, but no indication of move was shown then. After the countdown for the oppoent reaches 0:00 the display is freezed. When having a look onto my chess.com account I lose this game, because the opponent moved, but I had no information.
I had this the last 4 games in a row and normally no problems with wifi. Last update was today. 3 games before update today and one after the update this happened.
Then I had to switch off and on the board again.
I send an email to brightylabs...
It seems there is still no forum, where hardware issues can be reported

You have to click on chess com on the board itself and you'll be able to utilize it from what I can tell. I bought one for my wife for Christmas and we were having that same problem and that seemed to resolve it
