Vinyl Chess Board Storage

For any of you that use vinyl chessboards, what do you use to store them?  My first thought would be a cheap cardboard mailer tube with end caps, or a plastic document tube, but I thought I'd see what you guys might be using.

Awhile back I purchased a larger size vinyl board, from the House of Staunton, I believe.  The size of the squares are 3 inches (or 2.5 inches, I can't remember) instead of the more common 2.25 inch squares on most vinyl boards.

I saved the large, heavy duty mailing tube that the board was mailed to me in, and so I now use that tube to store a few extra vinyl boards I have.

Three of my vinyl boards I don't "store" at all...they are on my displayed on my coffee tables, with pieces on them, all the time!

I keep mine in a pvc tube from the hardware store. They make endcaps for the tube also but it's not necessary if the board fits snug
