The bottom one is the 1935 Botvinnik Flohr-II reproduction by Royal Chess Mall.
It’s possible that the top one is a Tal reproduction, but I’m unable to find it.

This set is Chuck Graus a beauty.
There’s another serious Maker I don’t think he sells so much but has done some projects Porat Jacobson.
I saved this image to my computer without a name, and now I can’t find where it’s from anymore. A Google Images reverse search doesn’t yield anything.
Does anyone recognize the chess set?
