Since you're asking for 'the best' ...Razer products are wonderful, even their most basic mouse is going to be superior to anything "stock."

Blinsk is right by mentioning premoves as well, though... and if you have any issues with your internet speed/connection quality, that might play a role in speed as well.
I've been using a Logtech G5 Laser Gaming Mouse for blitz and Bullet play on the ICC but find my opponets are making faster moves than me. Any recommendations on a better gaming mouse?
