Is this a good chess set for playing blitz? Durable? What about crown(king piece) and bishop's top?

Why this chess pieces wobble so much?
They are weighted? If so I never see other weighted pieces wobble so much , maybe unweighted? What's wrong with them?
https://youtu.be/Rb_oYkr5DdE here is a wobble
Notice the king doesn't have a cross on top but a opposite color ball. . .
Also the bishops don't have a slit like Christian bishops headdress . . .
So my guess it is Russian . . . Don't know the name nor where? . . .
Yep "Zagreb". Chess bazaar has lots of different ones, as does House of Stauton and Chess mall
for example
https://www.chessbazaar.com/old-1959-russian-zagreb-staunton-chess-pieces-in-sheesham-wood-boxwood-3-8-king.html
you can get better quality, different wood etc. Or cheaper ones around 50-60$
As for the wobble - they are playing on a table that keeps moving. Though, of note, the bases of this type of set are not as wide as they appear due to the overhanging bit on the base.

Its not Russian. It was invented by the House of Stauton people who made up a story about it having some sort of history. I like the design personally and own several. But its about as Russian as Arnold in Red Heat
https://youtu.be/oTptZXPD0Zg - this set , chess pieces ONLY I'm interesting in thx.
It is the Zagreb. DENVERHIGH inputted my picture of my Zagreb set I got from wholesalechess.com.
Since you are from Russia. I will give you a vendor you can order from for this set.

again do note that the bases flare out. They are not as wide as they appear, the felt is much smaller surface area. so not as stable
\
there are a few out there similar design but more stable bases if stability for blitz is what you need.

I would recommend getting the 4" Zagreb set from House of Chess. They have the base design of a Dubrovnik set.

Here, with very wide/heavy bases for extra stability. But the price is way more:
