Which electronic chessboard to play outside ?

Hi guys !

Im currently searching for the best electronic chessboard under 300EUR to play outside.
Being connected isnt mandatory but can be an advantage.

I search a lot of reviews online, but none seems to mention if the led/indicators are readable in bright sun.

Thanks in advance !

Plastic chess sets are fairly weatherproof.

In bright sun? I live in Central Florida and can say - None, really.

The regular Chessnut boards use just a small LED in the corners, the Evo uses an outline around the squares. Neither is very good in bright Florida sun

The eOne is not very good at all.

I forget how the Pegasus looks, will check in a bit and update the post.

The best I have currently is likely the Chessup 2 - it uses full square lights but even that board in direct sunlight is not great.

[EDIT] - Just checked my Pegasus, it uses round LEDs to light the squares, it is 10 am here and while it is better than the Chessnut corner LEDs, it was not great outdoors in the sun (and it is not super bright yet).

Thanks for the feedback !
I hesitate between the ChessUp 2 and the Chessnut Air because of the wooden aspect, I think i'll go for it
