Thank you so much I have a new chess link. Started to read the blog excellent.  Also share the fly angler with you although I never was a good fly tier. Will be selling off all my tools and books and patterns etc. soon but I see they command hardly any money at all, When I collected them the age of the DVD was not yet upon us. :-)

I like those flash cards you made, excellent idea.

Thanks. Writers like readers.

I have more fly tying tools than I can use and recently inherited my Dad's old tools, too. A good vise can sometimes command a decent price used, but other tools are too commonplace. One of my brothers took my Dad's vise. Good, bug-free feathers, however might have a market.

Nice fly, I once took fly tying courses at the local college at night, was just an adult enrichment course.  At the end I was tying not so bad and was having fun but work and kids got in the way once again just like they did in chess and now the eyes are not so good!!!  So I am just going back to chess and have a challenge to myself to improve many hundreds of points even at this old age. I think it is possible if given the hours of study, which I will try to make happen. I might even hire a chess teacher for 1 hour a week to check on my progress.

Totally agree Shelby, Greg gets the NIC and Everyman books a good 6 weeks before Amazon and he packs them so NO damage comes of them which is more than Amazon does.

@fewlio......Chessbazzar is not a chess book vendor.

they do sell books!

Fourteen (14) different titles does not make them a chess book vendor, at least by my definition.  They are a chess set vendor.

I suggest everyone joins me in emailing chessbazaar about expanding their chess books.  then we'll be able to get all our chess supplies under one roof!

Wholesale Chess and ChessHouse supply most of my needs for everything except books.

I like everyman chess because they have a large number of downloadable ebooks available.

That is a big big problem to me. Shipment fees making it too expensive. No chess books in our bookstores. And no online sellers near me.

Also, for all those out there (non-U.S.), I've purchased from this seller before, with great satisfaction. Really good for both brand new, and even forthcoming, books as well as with rare and oldies.
