I know this is an older post but I have a Xflyee chess clock. I can’t figure out how to do a manual setting. I need to set 45 mins wth 15 sec delay
Xflyee Chess Clock
Do you guys know how to set delay time controls on this clock?
This is my question too. I can’t seem to make any manual time settings that aren’t pre-programmed

Thats what I wouldve thot but maybe I'm an idiot; Icant figure out how to do so. The manual is difficult to follow..thanks inadvance if u can help with specific steps

Several of my friends have that clock and had no problem using them in 30 second delay or increment tournaments. But no idea -how- to set it, but I do know it's a manual mode. They did show me how to set it once, when I asked, but I naturally don't remember what they did, only that they did it in front of me.
Do you have the magnetic lever (standard) clock or the pushbutton clock? The pushbutton one is horrible btw, buttons are not soft press and have to be pressed dead center to activate.
I only had the lever clock (two of them in one purchase) for one day but returned them both due to VERY serious problems with the sensor balance that activates a side based on position of the lever press (not only activating on barely beginning to press one side, but bad enough to even cause a double input). I tested one at a tournament that was *much* better balanced around the center (which is how it should be), but of course...not the two I bought on Amazon!
The new DGT clocks have a "neutral" position deadzone to avoid this problem (which you can see in the clock's "diagnostic test mode", and they all balance around the middle of the lever action (only complaints about those have been imbalanced magnet strength on some).
Hey! I’m pleased I finally figured out how to set time manually on this clock ! The key is to hold in the third button ( on far right) until digit blinks; then press it to set each digit individually.

I didn’t know the Xflyee clock came in a push button model.

Yep it does. Just seems impossible to find for purchase.
You can actaully see a "sketch" picture of it on the main box itself, which of course means that "xflyee" is as much of an OEM using the same exact clone design that Pursun does:
https://www.amazon.com/Xflyee-Digital-Chess-Clock-Function/dp/B087QZGYCD
There's a 'pursun' button model which seems to be one of the many clones of this clock:
https://thechessstore.com/the-chess-store-tournament-digital-chess-clock-forest-green/?gQT=1
of course, selling for far too much money....
I actually find it funny that the unbranded "PS-1688" clock sells for $39.99 while the xflyee, the exact same clock, is $26...
Then there's the RVXlRDN one for $24 ...

I don't think Xflyee ever privately branded that Pursun brand clock with the pushbuttons, which is a different clock to that Pursun brand clock with the lever which Xflyee privately branded.
I remember seeing a youtube video on that pushbottom clock and the buttons don't work great. One of the times when the clock button was pressed, the clock didn't register the press.
Yesterday I bought a PS-1688. It's my first chess clock. And I think it hasn't been a bad purchase. It cost me less than €12 on AliExpress with shipping included. I don't think there is anything better for that price.
