Hello everyone! My name is Noah & I offer training games (10 min or longer) at just $15 an hour & lessons at $20 an hour. I live in the US & have been playing chess for 5 years. I’ve been coaching since 2020 with my best student (so far) reaching a whopping 1550 chess.com blitz rating. In May 2022 I founded the local chess club in my hometown of Oakridge, Oregon.
Lessons \/ \/
Our first lesson would largely be me getting to know you as a player i.e. your personal strengths and weaknesses. We will build an opening repertoire based on those strengths and/or weaknesses. I will provide insight whenever I can in regard to your play and how you can get better etc. I usually conduct my lessons via google meet using chess.com for analysis.
Training Games \/ \/
Also conducted via google meet - Usually slow rapid games at a 10 min + time control, but any time control you prefer is also fine. I will ask you questions throughout & try to give some general advice after each game we play/offer tips on how we can better improve your play.
