True after Rh1, the Black King can not move. However Black gets out of check by moving his Bishop back to h7 ! Rh1 is NOT mate.
Am I better than Bobby Fischer? :)

Hello, just found this puzzle in a Bobby Fischer book and I don't understand why the white can't mate....what it's stopping the white to put the rook in H1 ? and if it's going there, why the black king is not mate ?
