Thank you. I think that clears it up for me.

I think I have read most of the posts explaining how a chess game is played with the clock in Bronstein mode and found conflicting statements. Moreover, the English is so poor that I wanted to recommend to the parents of the posters that they need to get a refund from the education system. One poster states that no time is accrued to the main time but then contradicts himself by stating that unused delay time is added to the next move. Here is what I have guessed so far:
~ Each player gets, say, 15 minutes of game time.
~ A delay of, say, 10 secs is added to each player's main time before each move. So 15:10 would appear on his clock at the beginning.
~ If a player moves within the delay time, the clock flips back to the previous start time.
~ Any unused delay time is lost (not accrued), so the game time is not lengthened; that is, no time is added or deleted if a player moves within the delay time.
Is this correct?
