I mean I am a 1200 but I suggest that you watch YouTubes and trust me you will be 10x better. Watch guys like GothamChess or EricRosen and you will be a 900 by the end of the year. You will only need a coach if you want to get better at like the 1500+ elo range.

You can find a lot of coaches on the Chess.com coaching page. I recommend utilizing the plenty of free material available on the internet and joining a club on Chess.com who have improvement ambitions and can work with you to keep you motivated and help improve your game such as analyzing with you, training games, maybe even a stronger player who’ll mentor you.
