Chess coach advice

I am thinking about getting a chess coach for the first time on my life, so the first place I checked was this website. But I was completely overwhelmed by the huge amount of coaches here. I thought I could look for advice in this forum, maybe somebody has been in the same position as me and can suggest one good coach.

My actual ranking is 2120 over the board classic chess. My objective is, of course, getting as good as I can, but I would be very happy if I could break the 2200. I feel that my main problem is how to evaluate middle games: I usually find different plans and I am not able to decide which one is the best, and I have a lot of trouble with dinamic vs static advantages. Sometimes I think I am better because I have the better structure and my opponents initiative destroys me, and sometimes is the opposite.

I would like to find a coach who can help me with that. Besides, I would love to have my games analyzed by a strong player who could answer some specific questions I have.

I appreciate any help.

Narrow your options down by what level you want your coach to be (at 2120 FIDE, you're probably looking for IM at the minimum), and determine how much $$ you want to pay. At that level, it's going to be difficult to go cheap. Find a coach and try a lesson out. If you don't like him, then move on. If you like him, stick with him.
