Hi, my name is Todd Kay.
I’ve been teaching Chess for 20 years at schools, online and private lessons.
I’m looking for new students.
I offer one free lesson to see if my style of Teaching works for you.
I believe the most important thing and teaching is understanding the students way of thinking and their way of solving chess positions. I work with beginning students to create a solid foundation to build on.
From my teaching experience, I see that students don’t understand there’s three phases to a chess game
Opening, middle and endgame they’re all played different.
I start with the endgame, then move to the opening Ideas and then the middle game with strategy and tactics.
I keep my lessons, fun and entertaining. They last an hour to an hour and a half to make sure the student understands the new material. I live in the United States. Feel free to message me and we can set up a time and date for a lesson.
