I am really enjoying my lessons with Krisztian. I’m a relative beginner at the game and he has helped me to build a repertoire for both openings and endgames. As a coach he is enthusiastic and encouraging, I have improved a lot in a very short space of time. I would recommend Krisztian as a coach to anyone.

Krisztian is a fantastic coach. Let me explain why! While you can learn an opening from a book, doing so is only a fraction as valuable as understanding the transition from opening theory to a middle game plan. If you understand those transitions, it makes chess much easier, as you play from good positions with good plans, rather than trying to reinvent the wheel. In only a few months my rating has gone up more than 10% (now 2100-2200 in blitz and 2200-2300 rapid). I now get outplayed from the opening much more rarely. It is all thanks to Krisztian’s zoom coaching sessions with me. I highly recommend him as a coach. He is also a very nice person.

I really enjoy our lessons krisztian, during this month i learned a lot about chess and we managed to create a really strong opening repertoire that i like a lot. I appreciate that even though i’m not great you don’t rush and made sure that I understand everything before explaining something else. Looking forward to many more training sessions with you.

Krisztian is very professional coach who has a lot of knowledge and experience. The lessons are high quality and comfortable, I have improved a lot in chess and It's all thanks to Krisztian!

I only had a couple of sessions with GM Krisztian Szabo due to unforeseen circumstances, but he was always approachable and very flexible with communication and arranging lessons.
