Personally I only work with coaches who are at least Grandmaster level. Anything below, as in Female Master or Cockroach Master I do not want to coach me.

Hello there friends.
Yes a grandmaster should be better, but in my lifetime I have met more than one of them, and a lot of them cant even talk which means they cant explain themselves, which means your never going to get a proper lesson.
Yeah I agree....not every great player is a good coach.
