No more email. One of possible ways:

hi, my friend is player and he has Severe stalling issues, when I try to click the help and support button nothing shows up, can you help me? I have sent a big document with evidence of my friend cheating and stalling, but all I get is a response saying that the email isn't used anymore, and Im not sure what to do, everytime I report this user for stalling and cheating (sometimes they use while sitti
ng right next to me), nothing happens, and I even have proof, can someone please help me? I have included 2 images above as evidence, I hope a moderator sees this and takes action against this user.

So if you have reported the player, that is all you can do. (Click the report button on their profile ) The Fair Play team will take a look.

Moderators are just players like you are. They don't have the power to ban users.

Since chest.com installed cloud flare.

It takes forever for the website to open up. And then the bots usually won't open up And if they finally do and I play a game against a bot. And then I go to look to see how well I did. I get a message that says rendering issues. Many of your settings will be ignored. Consequently I cannot get a game review.

This sounds like a bug. Have you made a bug report on the Support site?

Hi my rather serious problem is that I can no longer start any game, as after my initial pawn move nothing after happens. Or sometimes the apponent I'm playing might also manage to move one of their pawns. Then the screen freezes every time.

As a quite elderly man I have tried to contact a person rather than a robot but I cannot get this fixed so I am asking your company to contact me on my email address to see if this issue can be resolved. You have my e mail address already of course.

To eliminate technical issues on your side: what app/browser version do you use?

The games you have been playing are games with time limits of one move per 24 hours, so it is not surprising that in many games nothing seems to happen after you move. That is called Daily Chess.

It sounds like you want to play Live Chess, where the games are completed within a range of time controls that you pick when you start a game. You can play games which give you only one minute to make all your moves. Others give you up to 30 minutes to make all of your moves. You have to pick the time control you are comfortable with.

I don't think that chess com support will contact you via email. Hopefully , other volunteers like me can give you enough help to get you started
