Free Chess Coaching?

Hello! I'm 48 years old I'm mostly playing in lichess because somehow runs smooth on my pc, I'm a blitz and bullet player, mostly 3:0 and 1:0.
Average 1800 there, and lower in chess.com (I don't play much in chess.com but I guess the rating system is different here).

However I can't not really improve and I feel like watching videos is not making things better, looks like I need some mentoring but I'm from Argentina so I don't have money to spend in chess lessons.

I'd like to get the 1900-2000 in lichess and 1700-1800 in chess.com but most important to improve my game and be more consistent.
