No, that is not the Fried Liver. The Fried Liver is a specific sub-variation with a knight sacrifice in a sideline that rarely happens.

The Knight Attack gives you a +3 material advantage in the start. If you have been beaten by it, then this is the place for you. It is easy to defend against it, with a simple pawn move.

If they play exd5, you respond with Na5, attacking their bishop.
