Hello everyone!

I am Coach Jeonrick, a Filipino professional Chess coach with a 1700 Elo Rating aspiring to teach children, beginners, and intermediate players alike. Although it's been a while since I've played, I have honed my skills recently and prepared all of my coaching lessons and sessions. Here are the details!

First, you will have to choose which time format of Chess you would like to play at. Blitz is a time format between 3-9 minutes, Rapid is a time format between 10-60 minutes, and Classical is a time format above one hour. All are available.

It would also be helpful to know what your purpose would be, as I will direct my lessons to your purpose. If it is for professional play, to become as good as possible, I recommend Classical. For scholastic and local tournament play, I recommend Rapid. For friendly, casual play with friends you simply want to beat, I recommend Blitz. 

Once you have chosen a time format, we will play one game first free of charge. I will also look at your past games beforehand, and then assess your current skills during our game. 

Once we have finished, I will start the one hour of pure Coaching. My Chess lessons include basics, tricks to win fast, game advice, time management, openings, variations, concepts, middlegame and endgame strategies, and more!

I will also provide you a detailed Analysis, Note, and Assignment for each and every one of our games. I will recommend Chess books, Grandmasters, and several Chess playlists according to your skill.

In case the coaching session ends but your one hour of timer hasn't yet, we will pause your remaining time and play another free game, and then I will resume the timer for the coaching until it ends, or until you choose to extend your timer. 

The game will be arranged here in Chess.com, but can also be in Lichess, ChessKid, or any Chess website of your liking.

The communication will be via Zoom, Skype, Discord, or any video calling app of your liking.

I am fluent in both English and Filipino. If you are a Filipino like me, you may choose the latter. 

The payment will be made through PayPal or GCash (a Filipino payment app) after you have received the coaching services in a satisfactory manner.

The price is 15$ per 1 hour of pure coaching or 750PHP per 1 hour for Filipino clients. There are Unlimited Free Games with me! 

Since it is especially my pleasure to teach young children, I have a gift for all of you out there. Free! In my free time, I will teach your child for one hour for free. Anyone under 13.

You may also book a future session with me and schedule it to a mutually-convenient time. If I do not respond immediately, it may be a difference in time zones and I will respond as soon as I can.
