How to return to a lesson you accidentally reloaded

Hello,
When I watch lessons on my phone I like to stop the video to study the board with the particular tactic being discussed. Sometimes I accidentally navigate out of the page or reload the page and I can't return to my free lesson even though I didn't finish it. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to finish a lesson without waiting days to reload it? Thanks!
