no one is going to want to be coached by someone with such a high winrate in rapid, new account, and a pretty low rating (no offense but, no one really cares about bullet they only care about the rapid and maybe blitz). Play a few hundred games so people know your actual rating and know that you are a legit account.

For the record: As of this moment, on June 4th you have played 17 games against players in the 1500-1600 range. Your score against them is 12/17. Not that bad I guess...but your performance rating is about 1710. Little low for someone who claims 2000 rapid I would think....buyer beware.

For someone who calls yourself "CheerUpChess", you really seem to be a person who is encouraging and gracious towards other people.
Maybe I will now be called a troll for posting some statistics gathered straight from your page.... Have at it if that's what you want. I share the opinion of others ,in that when I saw this post and it was a new account with stats that don't match your description, I found all of this to be sus.

Was I a little too harsh? The account is closed now. Idk....the profile did indeed look sus.
I looked up the lichess and this person is 2200 rapid on there....not sure where the discrepancy is coming from. Maybe they were stressed out about being doubted and played poorly. Just a possibility, idk. That being said, I do think that this person should know better about offering chess coaching -- people do want to know their money is going to a trustworthy source, and to arrive on the scene in the way this person did, people are naturally going to ask questions.

I see, that is a good point.
What could be up with the rating discrepancy though? I think that 2200 on Lichess rapid is typically better than the ~1710 rapid that this person's recent performance would suggest.

Yes I know but 2200 lichess rapid is pretty good, I thought. Idk, I don't have an up-to-date lichess rating as of right now.

Okay...so it's been a while and me posting here won't make any difference now that the poster closed that account.....but I asked a friend to take a look and I think this person is actually legit and probably higher strength than I assumed.

Bad move on their part to start out playing p much just bullet on this account....they probably didn't realize that there are so many sketch accounts online, they will definitely be met with suspicion if they randomly come on like that.
