It’s basically the same for me but I have played on Lichess so I am probably somewhat lower than my real rating but I suggest that you try to play irl. It have helped me a LOT so try to do it over the real board. Study some tactics. Analyse some games. For exampel you can try to see.if you play a open or closed game best too see which tactics you should further study. If you play open games best then you can study for exampel Queens gambit or the Italian just too name a few.
I’m stuck at 700 daily Elo! Help!
The biggest reason people struggle in lower-level chess is because of blunders. They make them in almost every game.
A mistake can instantly put you in a bad position, no matter how well you played earlier: if you had great opening knowledge, great positional skills, great endgame skills, whatever; a single mistake can change everything (you lose a piece or get checkmated).
So, how do you avoid blunders? Follow this simple algorithm:

While avoiding blunders is crucial, I also share a few basic principles with my students. These principles help them figure out what to do in each part of the game - the opening, the middlegame, and the endgame. Understanding these simple principles is like having a map for your moves. I provide my students with more advanced algorithms that incorporate these fundamental principles. When you use this knowledge along with being careful about blunders, you're not just getting better at defending. You're also learning a well-rounded approach to chess. Keep in mind, chess is not just about not making mistakes; it's about making smart and planned moves to outsmart your opponent.
Usually a good tip is to slow down and think about the position, check the whole board for their pieces and which one is active or can be active, weak pawns on both sides (pawns that are by themselves, doubled pawns, pawns that are a backward pawn, pawns that are too advanced into the opponent's side). Something I do is "What if they go there/here" to force myself to calculate deeper.
I'm stuck hovering around the same level too can anyone look at my games and assist I consistently play over 70% but still find a way to lose

https://www.chess.com/game/live/96165217829?username=whatif1409This game in which you lost was from what I saw, you overthinking a position perhaps, at move 25 when you gave a queen check, your opponent was able to block with their bishop and force you to move your queen to lose your rook for free when you couldn've just traded rooks first then just bring your other rook. You had an attack but because you didn't bring enough pieces to attack (just a knight and queen) you started to slowly get pushed back as he kept getting more pieces out.
