There is a much better move right? Bishop to E7 checkmate. Then why on the lessons does it say to do that? Am I wrong?
1.Re1+ Qe7 2.Rxe7+ wins for white, but not in the best way.
1.Qe2+ Be4 2.Qxe4+ Qe7 3.Qxe7# is best.
Your suggestion "B to e7" is not even check.
