Ratings and Improvement

I was taught to play chess when I was young by my uncle who was a taxi driver. I never received any formal training other than from him which I am of course thankful for. Such a great game. I joined chess.com three months ago and started with rapid but now play mostly bullet and blitz which seems the normal course. I have found the lessons helpful through the advanced topics but the mastery is not working for me. So much without any guidance of steps to take and I found the narration helpful before mastery section. I started blitz in the 900s and now mid 1200s. 1300 rapid but bullet score not even up to 1000 yet. Haven’t played much rapid lately so that score is a little stale if the blitz improvement is indicative of general improvement. I have a real hard time with that amount of time and lose many games due to time.

Stopped post, questions for community coming.

My scores for blitz are 80% and rapid 89% which is consider B- and B+ and I want to get to B+ and A. What can folks recommend to do as I feel like the advanced topics are great but don’t get a lot from the mastery?

Separately, I have found myself playing 600 or 700 players and they seems waaay better than that. You lose to them and they crush your score. Are there fake accounts etc to be aware of?
