I've seen tournaments of 90+30 and 30|0, but not 15|10, which is slow enough for thinking but fast enough for scheduling it easily, plus it is one of the best rapid time controls. So, I created this tournament! The games will be unrated. There will be 8 players in groups of 4. In each group
