One of my USA students shared his daily task feedback a few days ago and casually added at the end: “Oh, by the way, I beat another 1600 OTB.”

In fact, it was a 1636-rated opponent, while my student’s OTB rating is currently 1151. Winning against someone 500 points higher, with the black pieces, is a truly impressive result. 👏
