Especially as a beginner, 30 minutes of tactics is a lot. It is more important to focus on the themes and patterns at play when learning tactics; quality over quantity. If you are naturally energetic about chess, then by all means play a lot if you like. However, I'd recommend less tactics, but to stay with the amounts daily. Getting into a routine is more beneficial than long bursts.
p.s. If I feel like doing tactics a lot one day, then I might play for 30 minutes; but my "daily routine" of tactics consists of the perhaps only five or ten minutes of tactics. Puzzle Rush on chess.com can be instructional too, but since it is timed: Puzzle Rush is mostly pattern recognition.
