I think the bishop is the strongest piece in the game, in a sorta stealth manner though. I think the new season meta in the GMs will show the bishop is going to be the new hot piece this season.
the last pawn patches were pretty OP.
the buff to move two squares was hard, but en passant was too imba. I think they should nerf him again

I really love the queen because she is the more powerful piece on the game
King, because without him you loose. 👍
In variants, definitely the knight - In normal games, queen for sure!

Bishop or Knight? That is how I would get a new group of juniors to warm up for 5 minutes.

rooks are really helpful in endgames
Pawns can exceed the value of even rooks in endgames if they have a clear path to promotion
But I totally agree that rooks are helpful in endgames, and normally better than pawns
A prince; moves like a king but cannot be put in check.

It depends upon what phase of the game
So my favourite for the start (first 3-10 moves) is probably horse
Mid game is queen, bishop and horse
Endgame is probably an aggressive king (if winning), rook, and pawn
