Why Can’t I Access Videos

Hello: I was wondering if someone could explain access to the video lessons. I have a gold membership and can’t watch them. I haven’t been able to watch them since I upgraded. I thought that I might have missed something and that the video lessons might be limited to higher tiers. I looked at those descriptions and they don’t say anything

Only diamond memberships have access to the video library.
