This looks sound to me.
A better option for SUT045
I see that, but I cannot understand why it is better to exchange queens in the first move. In the actual line white can play Ne2. The material balance will be the same as in my analysis, but with a better position for whites knight. Am I missing something?
It seems that trading queens first is even stronger, because after B attacks the rook so it's can't move, and white plays Ne2 to defend it, black can attack it with his other rook, and thus win a FULL rook (no minor piece for white).
e.g. Qxf4+ Rxf4 Bg5 Ne2 Rdf8 Rh4 Rxf4! Rxf4 (Nxf4 Bxh4) Rf8 and black will have an endgame with a rook vs. nothing.
In SUT045 Dark Square Domination i believe I found a better option.
What do you say?
1... Qb8+ 2. Rxb8 Rxb8+ 3. Ne8 (3. Ke7 Bb4 4. Qxb4 Rxb4 ) 3... Bb44. Qxb4 Rxb4
You gain a material advantage: Two rooks against rook and a knight in a bad position. Am I wrong in my analysis?
