I have just tried this lesson and worked through it successfully. What web browser are you using? You should make sure you have the most updated and current version of the browser you are using. Also, you might try using the "Control R" keys to do a hard refresh on the page as this may correct the problems you are having.
broken lesson
here's a link: http://www.chess.com/chessmentor/view_lesson.html?id=2398. Since it pops up "half-way" through I don't think it is an issue with my internet browser. I've tried several different ones. Firefox 3, Firefox 2 and the newest internet explorer I believe.
With your admin-privelieges you should be able to follow the link logged in as me and see what I am talking about, no? It is quite difficult to explain otherwise but if you still can't find anything wrong then couldn't you just make the program think I have completed this lesson so I don't have to see it anymore? It pops up every second lesson I do and I have to push "back" and then "continue" again without making ANY move before it goes away.
Thank you for reporting this. I have impersonated your account and I do notice some strange problems which you describe. We will check on this for you and hopefully have this resolved by tomorrow.
Ok, this problem should be resolved now. Can you please try to test this and let us know if you are still having problems. Thanks.

it seems all the chess mentor lessons are broken. black's rooks are badly-pixelated white knights w/golden keys; black's bishops are black rooks; and white's knights are black bishops! anyone else having this prob?
Nope, I just attempted this Chess Mentor lessons and I do not experience any problems like this. I recommend that you try using the "Control R" keys to do a hard refresh on the Chess Mentor page to see if this will fix the issue. Also, you might try clearing out your temporary internet files/cache as this might help to correct the issue you are experiencing.
this really irritates me. A lesson called Fritziner-Mar pops up ALL the time and somehow crashes before registering that I have completed it. "Skip lesson" never works so I have to do the same lesson over and over again.
Details of the lesson are: Fritzinger-Mar, Northern Cal championship. Part of Chess potpourri I believe. I would be most grateful if someone could make the stupid lesson go away!
