I'm so sorry for the delayed response. This is a known issue with Chess Mentor for Gold and Platinum members. You can still access your free lessons per day, you will just have to get to them a different way until we get this fixed. When you open your Chess Mentor page, click on 'Start Training' instead of View Lessons -- you can still choose the lessons you'd like to do, and you should be able to perform the lessons from that page. I apologize for the inconvenience! We are working on it!
INSTEAD OF JUST COMPLAINING may I offer the following solution or bridge until the fix could be put into place: Chess.com could 'offer' Diamond membership benefits (for Chess Mentor ONLY) 'until you FIX' the problem; This would show Good will and a true commitment to solving the technical problem with Chess Mentor. You could always change back the Diamond to Gold preferences once you had 'solved' the technical issue.
