This comes from Capablanca's Endgame Masterpiece series. It is discussed in a lesson called Capa's Knight.
I found the game on Chessgames.com and it was said that Tarrasch withdrew from the game after adjournment not in the position you showed but after another 6 1/2 moves.
He reportedly had medical issues that prevented him from continuing. So it would be true to say that Capablanca won but also that it is reasonable to evaluate whether or not Tarrasch could have legitimately made a draw.
Are you stating that it was a draw from 1)the initial position you gave or from 2) the final game position. Or are you saying that both positions are drawn?
The end position shown in the lesson is a great example of zugzwang. Don't you agree?
I don't see a lot of room for improvement for white here. We await your analysis.
Chess Mentor is quite OK, though lessons are quite often "wrong". Today there was a endgame taken ? vs Capablanca where Mentor says it was win for Capablanca though it was actually draw. I do know the game was played and Capablanca won, but it is misleading to take an example from a game which was actually draw if white have been played it correctly. And why there is ? mark. I cannot "replay" my last lesson if i leave Mentor. I can't "replay" early lessons and courses either (i'm free user) as far as i know. I only see my progress etc. If there is a way to "replay" courses and lessons, please tell me how. Cheers.
Here is a start position from todays lesson. Black "Capa" to move.
1/2-1/2 mark at top is my opinion of the game.
Edit: I found the game from database:
