I have a 2034 chess mentor rating. Is it important? Who made Chess Mentor?

baddogno

Nope, not important at all.  It does mean you're bright enough to follow instructions, and given enough time, come up with a good answer to a chess puzzle.  Don't know who originally made it but it was a software product that Erik bought a few years ago.  He upgraded the interface and added a lot of content.

BTW, your post is almost unreadable.

Yea mine is 1750 it means nothing. Id look at your correspondence, tactics trainer, or live chess standard rating.

It just means you went through a fair amount of it. Personally, I think Chess Mentor is VERY valuable...at least so far. Of course, it is only as good as the people who create the lessons. I just finished the first beginner tactics stuff by Silman et al. Pretty basic so far, but I needed it and I'm sure it will get more advanced.

When is the advanced Chess Mentor going to be released?

First I've heard of it.  Every month or so there's a new course though.

If you go to LEARN--->STUDY PLAN there is BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED. The ADVANCED section is empty, and for ages it has said that the advanced material is coming. I was wondering when.
