CM and Time?

Hello All:

Does Chess Mentor consider the time you take to solve a problem when it assigns a grade? I would like to be able to do a problem over the course of a few hours sometimes.

Thanks,

Gerry

Yes. You would lose points if you took a few hours.

Thanks for the info.

I believe that you can do any problem a second time and it doesn't affect the rating? If that is the case, I can review old problems when I cannot commit a block of time.

I don't chess mentor should give ratings like they do anyways.  I think it turns from a study tool to a game when you are trying to improve your chess mentor score.
