Error in EOT 001 - Triangulation

There is an error that is repeated at least 3 times in this lesson. It reads:

White wins by trading the b-pawn for Black's c-pawn. This creates a passed pawn on the queenside. Then White will push this pawn and penetrate into the Black position with the king. At the right moment White will abandon the passed b- pawn by rushing to the kingside and eating both Black pawns there.

It should say the passed c-pawn. If White trades the b-pawn, he is not going to have a passed b-pawn as it will be gone. This confused me so just thought I would mention it. Thanks!

Thank you for reporting this. I have now corrected this mistake throughout this Chess Mentor lesson.

A really interesting lesson. And one worth playing over several times.

FN:  14 c7 is listed as an "incorrect move" rather than an "alternate correct move."

As students we are interested in the best method, alternate method, adequate method, and what blows an advantage.

On occassion when chess mentor says "incorrect move" and i really dont see why, i try to figure if it is really a fatal error, and if not why not.

Its a matter of editorial taste, but the possible move 14 c7 seems within the spirit of the strategy being trained.  you might - given all the extra time I know you have in your day - consider reclassifying

Thanks to everyone for taking all the time that is put into these amazingly helpful training tools.
