how to practice chess for improvement

Hi, Im a noob. i learned chess rules about 12 years ago. then after a long time i found a great interest in chess. so i started playing chess again from the last month. at first i found that im not that good. the blunder killed me everytime. lack of stratgey, tactice, combinations made me disapointed. then i started to collect chess related videos and books from internet. i also collect .pgn files and installed app and softwere. then i started to study chess. i improved my chess but not that much. i cant apply my learnings in the game. i cant hold my nurve. i dont understand what to do and what not to do. in blitz chess here in chess.com i have a very poor record. So how can i improve my chess??

You should try and play longer games 30'+ to have time to look at the board and reduce blunder rate.
If you really want to improve, best is to join an OTB chess club though.

You can also use some interactive learning, which personally I really love, apart from playing an endless amount of games of course. Its good to learn as you go as well as https://www.chessable.com/van-perlos-endgame-tactics/course/13663/ for tactics or https://www.chessable.com/dvoretskys-endgame-manual/course/12519/ for endgames. But there's a lot more.
