If it really is the main reason you paid for premium then why not use it on V2 while you can?

Well, I use it on V2 now, but they are going to disable it in the future anyway, so it's not really a solution.
Well I am not sure that they are inspired by your description of their response to find a solution.

the user who has encountered a problem has higher priority .. he should be given a proper response and effort should be made to solve his problem .. if the problem cannot be solved urgently then he should be informed about whats being done in a nice manner ...
Don't get me wrong, It might have sounded that way, but I don't have anything against chess.com staff. In fact, they are doing a great job and most of problems I issued were fixed. I know how it works, that they have bigger problems than mine and keep working on bugs with higher priority. Actually it is not even a bug, just a nuisance (pretty bad in my opinion but still). This discussion went in the wrong direction

Agreed Fuv, they have tried to fix something that wasn't broken and they have bolloxed it up.
I don't suppose you ever found a solution to this problem?
There's something about software, where the designers feel it necessary to change things every few weeks. They don't make things better, just different. Fortunately it only seems to be software - for example, bathroom manufacturers don't radically change the design of your toilet every few weeks "oh no, you have to crap standing up now, it's the latest thing..."
