Mentor error?

I was recently working on a puzzle by GM Sam Shankland, called hidden resources. I experienced a problem with it not registering the correct move when chosen. I know I tried it three different times, carefully checking to make sure I had clicked try again the last two times for sure. I had already began starting on the left side of the board and trying every possible move, making sure I didn't miss any and that I tried them all with the try again button pressed previously.

I know I tried the move early on, because after reading the text that said there were some pawn breaks and going after the pawns seemed to lose material initially. I took that as a clue that it could be a pawn sacrifice to increase activity for blacks cramped position. I know I am not crazy. I even tried to post this complaint and got a server error. So I don't know if it is the server or the new beta system. It could even be the mentor itself. I thought this had happened to me on a few occassions prior to the new beta system going in, but gave things the benefit of the doubt, that maybe I simply didn't click try again first. I know this has happened to me atleast twice. I must have gotten luckier the first time. It responded sooner so my score won't be much of an indicator. This time however, it went on for so long, that my score was a 0%. I never get 0% on anything it has thrown at me using the sequential settings. I set it today to have it try the things that were to be best suited to its interpretation of what I needed to study. If you look at my past scores, I have gotten much higher scores on higher puzzles. Please look into this. It is frustrating to feel as if you are trying to get better and wanting something to help you and confirm when you are right, but instead it doesn't give you credit when you do get better.
