Being a "premium", chess.com declares me "on vacation" when time is over,  extending the game 1 more day ...

No reason for me to withdraw ...

I presume you know about the three time repetition of position draw. Hitting the draw button will claim it. Your opponent doesn't have to agree.

Nowadays you can click his name in Your game. (V3)

Click the exclamation icon on right down corner on the pop-up-window.
