#1 Don't know
#2 Jeremy Silman's "Reassess Your Chess Workbook" is a great resource for that.
1. Waitzkin wrote some lessons in Chessmaster (Windows-only chess software).
2. Ray Cheng's book is a great book about exactly that, but I think it's probably too difficult for you at the moment. I would think a chess.com live standard of at least 1500 would be a sensible minimum to not be too frustrated. I don't know of other similar products that encompass attack, defense, tactics, strategy, opening, middlegame, endgame, etc.
I've got two questions, and if anyone could answer them I'd really appreciate it.
1. Are there any lessons written by GM Josh Waizkin? I read his book on attacking when I was younger and it really helped, so i was wondering if he had written a lesson.
2. Are there any courses that are pretty much, "Hey, here's a position, now find the bet move. It could be a tactic, postitional, or mate. Just find the best move."
Thanks!
