Why is my Chess Mentor rating higher than my Online rating?

My Chess Mentor rating is like 150 points higher than my Online rating. Does this mean I am getting better and my game rating hasn't caught up yet?

No it doesn't, it just means that chess mentor rating can't be compared to chess ratings. There's no possible reason they should even be similar.

They are generally higher anyway.
