duck chess is the most drawish and stupid chess variant with no strategy that doesnt work with fast time controls imo

played it once and it nerfs all the long range pieces

drawish? don't think so, even King+minor piece vs King is a win...
there are 10 times as more tactics than standard chess, and strategy is yet to be understood.
it IS a slow game and requires a double move, doesn't fit well with fast time controls.

It's basically regular chess, but with a duck piece that is literally invincible and every turn, each person moves it to annoy, i mean block the player going next. If i didn't quite explain it well, go to the variants and see for your self.

There is a lot of strategy. It's unreasonable to expect to master it in one game.
